Nature of works sold

All the works on offer are one-of-a-kind pieces made by us.
Possibility of tax deduction for companies. The acquisition of a painting does not give any right of representation, diffusion or reproduction to its purchaser. We retain sole rights to the work. Any use of the artwork's visuals must be authorized in advance.

- We draw your attention to the non-contractual nature of the colors of the photos reproduced on the Internet, as an image on screen is always different from an original work on canvas or paper.

The page where you enter your bank details is encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer). Your bank details cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiry date and cryptogram) are not communicated to LARTALY.

Shipping and Handling

- Delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated within a minimum of 20 working days.
- Delivery costs will be indicated at the end of your order process and will be calculated when you choose the destination countries. Delivery costs include boxing and insurance on the value of the goods.

Return policy

In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 15-day cooling-off period. During this period, you may return the works to us (shipping costs will be at your expense). Reimbursement will be made within 15 days of receipt of the returned works.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or non-fulfilment of the order if this is due to force majeure.

To place an order, you will be required to provide us with certain personal information. This information will be processed by us and our service providers in order to properly process your order. By confirming your order, you authorize us to communicate this information for the sole purpose of processing your orders.
